Oscar nomination

Hengrave Hall has been shortlisted for a "property Oscar" at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors' 2010 East of England Awards.  The extensive refurbishment programme carried out by David and Mary over the past four years earnt Hengrave a place in the Building Conservation category. 

The RICS East of England Awards is one of the most important and prestigious showcases for the property industry in the region and we are delighted to have been short listed.

The Hengrave team attended the awards dinner last night at the Cambridge Belfry hotel where the judges said that not only had the number of projects entered in the region increased but the quality of the applicants had been the highest they had ever seen.  The building conservation category in particular was described as being "of quite exceptional standard".

We have attached a copy of a piece from the Bury Free Press and also our certificate which will be displayed in a prominent position at Hengrave shortly!
