The Team

Hengrave Hall is proud of its team and we strive to provide only the very highest level of service from the very first time you contact us right through to the day of your event itself and beyond.  

 

Hannah Bibby, our experienced venue director, will deal with your enquiry from the beginning, arranging your initial visit and dealing with any queries you may have about arranging your event at Hengrave.  Hannah is assisted by Gina Woodage the venue and accommodation executive at Hengrave Hall.  Gina not only helps Hannah with enquiries and viewings but she is also responsible for all aspects of the Hengrave Hall accommodation from taking bookings through to showing guests to their rooms on arrival.  Venue assistant Charlotte O'Neill supports both Hannah and Gina in the Hengrave office. 

 

Hannah, Gina and Charlotte are responsible for all of the day to day arrangements at Hengrave Hall and our small team ensures that each time you call Hengrave Hall you can speak to the same person.  

 

Your bespoke catering requirements will be dealt with by Talbooth Catering.  With over thirty years experience of planning and managing not only events but restaurants and hotels as well you will be in the safest of hands.  Once your booking is confirmed Talbooth Catering will contact you to discuss your event in more detail. 

 

An experienced event manager from Talbooth Catering will be responsible for all the “on the day” arrangements.  Having met them at one of the preliminary meetings, they will look after every aspect of your event from the arrival of suppliers to timings and overseeing the serving of food and refreshments, they will even act as master of ceremonies if you wish.
