Rates

The cost of hiring Hengrave Hall exclusively varies between different months of the year and different days of the week, please contact Hannah Bibby for further information and to discuss your exact requirements. 

 

The venue hire cost is from £4,000 plus VAT and this includes:

> Exclusive hire and use of Hengrave Hall (including all ground floor function and reception rooms), the Church and gardens.

> Choice of ceremony locations

> Use of the Church and organ, if required

> Sound system in the Banqueting Hall and Long Gallery

> Queen Elizabeth Suite for bridal preparations on the day of your wedding.

> Grooms chambers for preparations on the day of your wedding.

> Venue assistant to assist with the planning of your function.

> Modern wc facilities.

> Purpose made car parking for up to 110 cars (additional and/or overnight car parking is available by arrangement).

> Helicopter landing facilities.

 

All catering requirements are charged separately, and include the following:

> An experienced events manager on the day of your function including acting as master of ceremonies, if required.

> Catering and waiting staff.

> Tables, chairs, table linen, crockery, glassware and cutlery.

> Provision of a cash bar, if required.
