One of the reasons Hengrave Hall is a truly unique venue is it's beauty in every season. Every image in the gallery has been taken at Hengrave Hall and shows how glorious the venue looks each and every day regardless of the time of year.
With the leaves on the limes just breaking through, the crocus', daffodils, snowdrops and primroses adding a splash of colour to the flower beds spring weddings at Hengrave Hall really are delightful. Later the wysteria cloaks corners of the house in a pretty purple haze and falls over the windows to the Long Gallery casting a pretty dappling light inside which dances off the crystal chandeliers. With the spring sunshine gently warming the house and gardens there is no better place to enjoy this season.
Hengrave Hall in all it's glory! The roses are breathtaking and the lawns sit proudly in stripes as the sounds of laughter and scent of roses floats through the air. With complimentary garden games and table tennis provided on the West Garden lawn we ensure your guests have every excuse to enjoy the outside spaces at Hengrave and your photographer will be spoilt for choice as to where to take the all important photographs.
Regal colours as the gardens take on an amber glow with leaves changing to burnt oranges and crisp yellows before they fall and crunch underfoot. With our glorious David Austin roses still in bloom until November and even without an occasional October heatwave the gardens can still be enjoyed for drinks receptions before guests retire to enjoy a cosy evening inside th Hall where there are a range of different spaces to accommodate every form of evening entertainment. What better way to end your celebrations than with fireworks in November....
As the nights draw in earlier and there is a chill in the air Hengrave feels beautifully romantic as you sit cosily nestled in the house looking out over the vista cloaked in mist and hear the gentle crowing of the cattle in the surrounding park land....Or for weddings around Christmas why not enjoy carols by candelight in the church followed by mince pies and mulled wine around the Christmas tree...if you are lucky there may even be a light dusting of snow to add some festive sparkle to the photographs.
